Application Process

Submit the Online Admission Form
Complete the application form on our website or in person at the Admissions Office.

Take the Entrance Exam
New applicants are scheduled for an entrance exam and, for some programs, an interview.

Submit Requirements
Complete your document checklist (Form 138, PSA birth certificate, Good Moral, 2x2 photos, medical certificate).

Receive Your Admission Result
The Admissions Office will notify you of your result within 3–5 working days.

Proceed to Enrollment
Once admitted, complete enrollment and settle your reservation/tuition fees to secure your slot.

Admissions FAQ

How do I apply for admission to Future Minds Academy?

You may apply by completing our Online Admission Form on the FMA website, or by visiting the Admissions Office in person during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). After submitting the form, our staff will contact you within 3-5 working days with the list of requirements and next steps to complete your child's application. What grade levels does FMA offer?

Future Minds Academy offers Nursery, Kinder 1, Kinder 2, and Grade 1 through Grade 6. We're a small private basic education school known for small class sizes, air-conditioned rooms, and one-on-one tutorial support for every learner. Is admission currently open at FMA?

Yes, admission for the upcoming school year is open for Nursery, Kinder 1 & 2, and Grade 1 through Grade 6. Because we keep our class sizes small, slots are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until each grade level section is filled, so early application is encouraged. What are the general admission requirements at FMA?

New applicants generally need to submit a duly accomplished admission form, a PSA-issued birth certificate, two recent 2x2 photos, and a medical certificate. Applicants moving up from Grade 1 onward who are transferring from another school should also submit their report card (Form 138) and a Certificate of Good Moral Character from their previous school. Our Admissions Office can confirm the exact checklist for your child's grade level.

Does FMA require an entrance exam?

FMA does not administer a formal, timed entrance examination. For Nursery and Kinder applicants, we conduct a short, age-appropriate meet-and-greet with the child to help us plan for their needs. For Grade 1 and up, applicants have a brief, friendly assessment and interview with our teachers to check their readiness for the grade level. There is no exam fee, and results are shared as part of the regular admission process within a few days.

Can I complete my application to FMA online?

Yes, FMA offers an online application through the Admission Form on our website, where you can fill out the form and upload scanned copies of your requirements. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions from the Admissions Office. What is the deadline for submitting my admission application?

We accept admission applications on a rolling basis throughout the school year, though slots for Nursery, Kinder, and the lower grades tend to fill up first given our small class sizes.
