Admission
How do I apply for admission to Future Minds Academy?
You may apply by completing our Online Admission Form on the FMA website, or by visiting the Admissions Office in person during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). After submitting the form, our staff will contact you within 3-5 working days with the list of requirements and next steps to complete your child's application. For questions, you may reach the Admissions Office at admissions@fma.edu.ph or (02) 7949-7084 / 0936-545-1342.
What grade levels does FMA offer?
Future Minds Academy offers Nursery, Kinder 1, Kinder 2, and Grade 1 through Grade 6. We're a small private basic education school known for small class sizes, air-conditioned rooms, and one-on-one tutorial support for every learner. You can see our full grade level offerings on the Academic Programs page of our website.
Is admission currently open at FMA?
Yes, admission for the upcoming school year is open for Nursery, Kinder 1 & 2, and Grade 1 through Grade 6. Because we keep our class sizes small, slots are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until each grade level section is filled, so early application is encouraged. You can check current slot availability by calling the Admissions Office at (02) 7949-7084 / 0936-545-1342 or emailing admissions@fma.edu.ph.
What are the general admission requirements at FMA?
New applicants generally need to submit a duly accomplished admission form, a PSA-issued birth certificate, two recent 2x2 photos, and a medical certificate. Applicants moving up from Grade 1 onward who are transferring from another school should also submit their report card (Form 138) and a Certificate of Good Moral Character from their previous school. Our Admissions Office can confirm the exact checklist for your child's grade level.
Does FMA require an entrance exam?
FMA does not administer a formal, timed entrance examination. For Nursery and Kinder applicants, we conduct a short, age-appropriate meet-and-greet with the child to help us plan for their needs. For Grade 1 and up, applicants have a brief, friendly assessment and interview with our teachers to check their readiness for the grade level. There is no exam fee, and results are shared as part of the regular admission process within a few days.
Can I complete my application to FMA online?
Yes, FMA offers an online application through the Admission Form on our website, where you can fill out the form and upload scanned copies of your requirements. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions from the Admissions Office. If you experience any technical difficulty, our IT Support team at itsupport@fma.edu.ph is happy to assist.
What is the deadline for submitting my admission application?
We accept admission applications on a rolling basis throughout the school year, though slots for Nursery, Kinder, and the lower grades tend to fill up first given our small class sizes. We recommend applying as early as possible to secure your child's slot. Contact the Admissions Office at admissions@fma.edu.ph or (02) 7949-7084 / 0936-545-1342 for the most current slot availability.

I'm having trouble logging into the Student Portal. What should I do?
First, double-check that you are using the official student number (not the student's name) as the username, and confirm that Caps Lock is off when entering the password. Try clearing your browser cache or using an updated browser such as Chrome or Edge, as outdated browsers can sometimes cause login errors. How do I upload documents to the Student Portal?

If you encounter an upload error, please contact itsupport@fma.edu.ph for assistance.
I don't know my child's student number or it's not working. What should I do?
Your child's student number is issued automatically upon successful enrollment and sent via email along with the Certificate of Enrollment; it also appears on the Student Portal welcome message. If you cannot locate the student number or it is not being recognized during login, please contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@fma.edu.ph or the IT Support Help Desk at (02) 7949-7084 / 0936-545-1342.
Student Services
How and when do I get my child's Student ID?
Student IDs are processed after enrollment is confirmed and are typically released within the first few weeks of the school year, with the ID fee already included in the miscellaneous fees. New students should have their ID photo taken during orientation. If the ID is lost or damaged, you may request a replacement at the Registrar's Office for a minimal fee.
How do I get a Certificate of Enrollment?
A Certificate of Enrollment can be requested at the Registrar's Office for a minimal fee, with same-day to next-day release for currently enrolled students. This document is commonly needed for scholarship applications, government allowances, or insurance claims. You may also generate a copy directly through the Student Portal.
Where and when can I view my child's grades?
Grades are released through the Student Portal at the end of each grading period. If you need an official printed copy, you may request a report card (Form 138) from the Registrar's Office for a minimal processing fee. If you have questions about a specific grade, we encourage you to coordinate directly with your child's class adviser.
How do I request other school records or documents?
Other school records, such as class schedules or certified true copies of documents, may be requested at the Registrar's Office by accomplishing a records request form. Processing time varies from same-day to a few working days depending on the document type, and as all our students are minors, requests must be made or authorized by a parent or guardian. For specific document requests, email registrar@fma.edu.ph or call (02) 7949-7084 / 0936-545-1342.
Tuition

Tuition fees are billed per school year and vary slightly by grade level — as a general guide, Nursery and Kinder range from about ₱25,000 to ₱30,000 per school year, while Grade 1 to Grade 6 range from about ₱28,000 to ₱35,000 per school year. These are sample rates and cover instruction only, excluding miscellaneous fees. For an official and detailed breakdown for your child's grade level, please contact the Accounting Office at accounting@fma.edu.ph or (02) 7949-7084 / 0936-545-1342.
What do the miscellaneous fees cover?
Miscellaneous fees, averaging around ₱3,500 per school year, cover library access, learning materials, computer laboratory use, student insurance, ID, and school activities. These are billed separately from tuition and are itemized in your Statement of Account, which you can view through the Student Portal or request from the Accounting Office. Exact amounts may vary slightly by grade level.
What payment methods does FMA accept?
FMA accepts cash and check payments at the Accounting Office, bank deposit or transfer to our official school account, and online payments through the Student Portal via GCash, Maya, or bank transfer. Please keep your official receipt or payment confirmation for enrollment verification.
Does FMA offer an installment plan for tuition?
Yes, aside from full payment, FMA offers a monthly installment plan that spreads the remaining tuition balance across several months of the school year for qualified families. Please coordinate with the Accounting Office at accounting@fma.edu.ph to set up the plan that best fits your needs before the start of classes.
What is the reservation fee and is it refundable?
The reservation fee is a non-refundable amount (currently ₱2,000) paid to secure your child's slot for the upcoming school year, and it is deducted from the total tuition balance upon enrollment. This fee guarantees your child's seat in their grade level, especially since our class sizes are limited. Reservation fees can be paid at the Accounting Office or through the online payment option on the Student Portal.
What is FMA's tuition refund policy if I withdraw?
If you officially withdraw before the start of classes, you are entitled to a full refund of tuition paid, minus the non-refundable reservation fee. Withdrawal within the first two weeks of classes qualifies for a partial refund, while no refund is granted after that point. All refund requests must be filed in writing at the Registrar's and Accounting Offices, and processing typically takes 15 to 20 working days.
