We also collect basic technical information (like browser type and IP address) to keep our systems secure.
Your information is used to process admissions and enrollment, maintain academic and financial records, communicate important announcements, provide access to the Student Portal, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted password storage, role-based access controls, and audit logging of sensitive administrative actions. Access to student records is limited to authorized school personnel.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to our recordkeeping obligations as an educational institution. You may edit your contact number, email, and password directly in the Student Portal at any time.
Academic and financial records are retained for as long as required by Philippine education regulations and our institutional recordkeeping policies. Chat assistant conversations are logged for quality assurance and are periodically reviewed by authorized staff only.
